Founder & Principal
Dr. Minina Johnson, PMP
Dr. Minina Johnson brings more than 20 years of experience leading complex initiatives across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She has built and led project management offices, designed operating systems for growing organizations, and served as a fractional execution partner for leadership teams navigating significant transitions.
Her work is grounded in a simple conviction: strategy only matters if it can be delivered. She helps clients build the structures, habits, and accountability systems that make delivery possible.
Dr. Johnson holds a Doctor of Business Administration and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is based in Arizona.
